New hip modern Cafe inside the Fairmont Pacific Rim. Not only a cool room, but unique gifts, books and magazines sit between the street-side coffee counter and the fresh deli on the other end. The wall of windows opens in the summer for euro style people watching. Get the Sugar Bun!
